By using this website or engaging Pizza Piou for catering services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Pizza Piou provides mobile wood-fired artisan pizza catering for events in the Treasure Valley, Idaho area and surrounding communities. Services include setup, preparation, cooking, and service of pizza at your event location.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• All bookings are subject to availability and require completion of our Event Catering Agreement
• A deposit may be required to secure your event date — details will be outlined in your catering agreement
• Your date is not confirmed until a signed agreement and any required deposit have been received

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may be eligible for a deposit refund at our discretion
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event may forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability with at least 7 days notice
• Pizza Piou reserves the right to cancel due to extreme weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control, with a full refund of any deposit paid

4. Event Requirements

The client agrees to:

• Provide adequate space and access for our equipment (minimum 10×10 ft setup area recommended)
• Ensure venue permits mobile food service if required by the venue
• Provide access to the setup area at least 60 minutes before service begins
• Ensure a safe, level surface for oven placement

5. Liability

Pizza Piou carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses arising from client negligence or failure to meet event requirements. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

While we take care in our preparation, our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for informing guests of this limitation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, logos, copy, and branding — is owned by Pizza Piou and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false booking requests, or attempt to access any restricted areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ada County, Idaho.
